Las Tortas first opened its doors on June 18, 2009, and is now located at 4328 Main Street. Since its inception, Chef Moises Toyber has been at the helm, bringing fresh and healthy Mexican dishes to the people of Vancouver. The restaurant proudly stands by its motto, “always imitated, never duplicated.”

Our Goal

At Las Tortas, we believe that the quality of the food we eat is paramount. This belief drives us to source all of our ingredients from local producers and suppliers, ensuring they are of the highest quality. We take pride in making everything in-house, from the guacamole and beans to the jalapenos, dips, and even the potato chips. Additionally, our chorizo, cheeses, and teleras bread are crafted by small local producers specifically for us.
